Shofar Daycare Nursery

At Shofar Daycare Nursery, we are proud to be an Ofsted-registered Outstanding Early Years setting, dedicated to giving your child the very best start to their educational journey.

Since opening in January 2016, we have been part of the Sternberg Centre for Judaism in Finchley, North London. Our purpose-built nursery features four spacious classrooms, a calming sensory room, a unique black-and-white room for young babies, and inspiring outdoor areas—including our Woodland and Forest School space.

Our warm, highly qualified, and experienced team is passionate about creating a caring, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged six months to five years. Guided by Reform Jewish values, our ethos embraces diversity and respect. Through a rich, hands-on curriculum, children explore the world around them and learn about different faiths and cultures, fostering equality, harmony, and curiosity.

We are also proud to be partnered with Finchley Reform Synagogue (FRS) and Alyth Synagogue, with their Rabbis working closely alongside our Trustees and Management team to enrich our community life.
